We all have a breaking point.  And mine started 10 years ago.  I was sick, in pain, and running a business I no longer loved.

I knew that something was wrong.  That if I didn't make a change very quickly, then the downward spiral would continue.

Every day was torture.  I was living in a state of unfulfillment.  I knew something was wrong, but I didn't know WHAT was wrong, let alone HOW to even solve it.

All I knew was that there was a better life out there, free from pain, anger toward life, and feeling like I had lost control of my life.

But I finally cracked the code.  And I'm here to share how.
